Site identification, including technical & financial feasibility studies, the preparation of appropriate concepts and risk analysis.

 

Purchase of the site, comprising negotiation of terms & conditions, comprehensive due diligence, set-up of corporate vehicles, negotiation, closure and execution of purchase agreements through to handover of the site.

 

Financing. We source equity and debt financing, arrange terms and conditions, conclude loan and partnership agreements and supervise these through to completion of the scheme.

 

Sales and Marketing. We source and appoint agents for sale & letting and ensure that the right marketing concepts are prepared and the best means for implementing them made available.

 

Projekt Teams. Be they architects or building contractors, agents or webdesigners - we set-up the Projekt Team and supervise and coordinate all of the specialist contractors and service providers required for the successful completion of the scheme.

 

Directorships and Executive Management. We do not shy from executive responsibility. Starting with the development of preliminary business plans and strategies, our involvement in the corporate management of the vehicles we are responsible for runs deep. Our partners and clients can rely on regular and professional reporting, clear and concise recommendations, and a reliable system of financial controlling and budget monitoring.
